Carolina De La Torre founded Quantum Funding with a simple conviction: realtors don’t need another lender competing for the transaction — they need a partner who treats every referral as a reflection of their own reputation. Early in her career, she saw the same pattern repeat itself again and again: good deals falling apart not because of the numbers, but because of poor communication, missed updates, and lenders who treated the realtor as an afterthought instead of a partner. That experience shaped everything she built afterward.

She started Quantum Funding around a different model — one where speed and transparency aren’t a bonus, they’re the baseline.
